MoonwalkerMichaelJ Says:
Mar 5, 2010 - Just about 100%.
Jami393 Says:
Mar 5, 2010 - @RivekTheFallen MJ didn't leave the project for Sonic 3 his music is in the final version of the game, as said by Brad Buxer in an interview who worked with him and on Sonic 3, he just didn't want to be credited becasue of the way it sounded with the Genesis Chip.
Jami393 Says:
Mar 5, 2010 - Who Is It may sound a bit like Ice Cap, but at the end of the day it's Smooth Criminal. The only reason you can say Who Is It is Ice Cap because, Who is It uses a slight chord progression which was used in Smooth Criminal.
RivekTheFallen Says:
Mar 6, 2010 - @Jami393 Wrong, but hey, keep believing things that aren't true.
Adam060756 Says:
Mar 6, 2010 - @Jami393 That's a lie and you know it. You even said on here yourself that if that theory was true than how come MJ went through with it on ''Moonwalker'' and got credited in 1990? It's pretty obvious by now that Brad Buxer isn't a very reliable source of information, he's not even sure himself of which actual music tracks In Sonic 3 that MJ did work on. But hey, keep believing things that aren't true.
Jami393 Says:
Mar 6, 2010 - @Adam060756 Hey I was wrong before, Moonwalker is on a complete differint subject. It has got nothing to do with this apart from MJ.
Jami393 Says:
Mar 6, 2010 - @RivekTheFallen So you don't belive MJ composed Sonic 3.
Adam060756 Says:
Mar 6, 2010 - It's got everything to do with it. Both ''Moonwalker'' and ''Sonic 3'' are on SEGA Mega Drive Genesis and both games use the same sound chips, 16-bit Yamaha YM2612 and the 8-bit SN76489 PSG sound chip. Why would MJ decide to go through with it the first time on ''Moonwalker'' which has the exact same audio hardware limitations but 3-4 years later he decides that it's not good enough for his liking so he chooses not to be credited? It doesn't make sense and it's not believable.
SamJacobsonsheas Says:
Mar 6, 2010 - Whoa!! This is what I call an album is.. And know what you can download the entire album for free at DownloadMusic.iV (replace V by m)
Jami393 Says:
Mar 7, 2010 - @Adam060756 I don't know why, but all I know is MJ composed Sonic 3, but if I find an answer I will tell you.
RivekTheFallen Says:
Mar 8, 2010 - @Jami393 Only a fucking idiot would believe that the soundtrack in its final release was written by Michael Jackson and Michael Jackson only, because if it WERE, the Jackson family or Jackson's lawyers themselves would have SUED SEGA INTO OBLIVION. It's known that Jackson was involved early on, but that's EARLY ON. He left so early into the project due to dissatisfaction with the YM2612 sound chip that little if any of what he may have written remains. In closing, you're a fucking idiot.
RivekTheFallen Says:
Mar 8, 2010 - @Adam060756 Mah brotha.
Koolkitties Says:
Mar 8, 2010 - You can tell from listening to this its not the same as Sonic 2... and thats a bad thing.
Jami393 Says:
Mar 8, 2010 - @RivekTheFallen Black and White Magazine interviwed Brad Buxer who had a contract with MJ while working on Sonic 3, asked him. Can you clarify the rumor that Michael composed Sonic 3 video game which you have been credited? and to shorten down his reply he said, "I've never played the game so I do not know what tracks on which Michael and I have worked the developers have kept, but we did compose music for the game." MJ didn't want to be credited in the final game cause of the Genesis soundchip
Jami393 Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - @RivekTheFallen Also all the tracks what MJ composed used sample created by him. Like in Carnival Night Zone there's a sample taken straight from Jam, and for another example Knuckles' Theme uses a sample from Blood on the Dancefloor.
RivekTheFallen Says:
Mar 9, 2010 - @Jami393 Shut up, you delusional fuck. I'm not going over with you yet again why you're wrong, because you're too stupid to get it when I've spelled it out for you this many times already. You're worse than a fundamentalist Christian.
azruelli Says:
Mar 10, 2010 - Pretty cool video, definitely something I hadn't thought of until I saw this. Also, you have a fucking sexily deep narration voice.
thytaz Says:
Mar 11, 2010 - crazy i watched this video and believed you about 2 years ago now you have proof crazy! check out yuzoboy he has done some sonics mj songs sounds cool
Sonichedgehog25 Says:
Mar 11, 2010 - man, that cool hearing Micheal Jackson's MUSIC in Sonic 3.
Jami393 Says:
Mar 11, 2010 - @RivekTheFallen Who are you calling a delusional fuck, It's you who's delusional. For one it's been proved that MJ composed music in the Sonic 3 final, two you obviously haven't read the annotations properly on this video. And three Brad Buxer bloody said himself that him and MJ composed music for this game. And there is samples used and created by MJ in this game. Also they replaced various tracks from Sonic 3 on the PC version, which MJ was involved with. So explain that.
RivekTheFallen Says:
Mar 13, 2010 - @Jami393 A youtube video's annotations is not proof of anything. Nothing that you claim to be bible truth here has been proven, you're just weak-minded and believe everything you read. I'm still waiting on you to give me one good reason why Jackson's people wouldn't sue Sega of America for using his music without crediting him. Because that alone is strong evidence that none of his music made it to the final copy. Seriously, shut up, you delusional fuck.
Jami393 Says:
Mar 13, 2010 - @RivekTheFallen Because MJ did not wish to be credited, Brad Buxer worked with MJ throughout the Dangerous and HIStory albums which means he had a contract with MJ, but still worked on the Sonic 3 game. And he said it himself MJ composed the final game, and he also said that if MJ isn't credited in the final then he must not have been happy with the sound. And also there's alot of samples created by MJ and used in his song's that are in the final game.
ballossx Says:
Mar 13, 2010 - If you actually listen to the credits you can hear sound effects from Micheal jackson's moonwalker on the sega genesis. Its actually voice clips of MJ
Novetrix Says:
Mar 14, 2010 - You can hear a resemblance, sure, but there's only so many song chord progressions one can make before two songs sound similar.

rvpsmdsk Says:
Mar 4, 2010 - @MoonwalkerMichaelJ WOW how detached are you from the real world?
