Jun 20, 2010 - When I caught Regice I lowered it's health to yellow, than I sent out a pokemon with pressure. (So his moves lose turns faster) I just let him use all of his turns on that pokemon, so Regice had to use struggle, which lowers his HP with every hit. When his HP got really low, I sent out a lv. 50 Vileplume and made him sleep. Than I used a couple timer balls and I caught him.

Jul 3, 2010 - @TheLordRatatosk you go to fallarbor town then go down to rout 114 and enter meteor falls then inside you surf and go up the waterfall and then go into that cave hole thingy then up the ladders then go down make a left turn all the way to the end and then go up all the way to the other ladders ther are three trainers there so u might have 2 fight then then u go all the way up and there will be these little pond things and just keep moving 2 the right go up the ladder surf and go up to the cave

My smeargle on Heartgold knows Curse (Morty's Gengar), Wish (Wi-Fi Battle), Iron Tail (Jasmine's Steelix) and Recover (Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave) even though you cannot use TM's or learn them by leveling up, You can still get somewhat of a good moveset.
